
We started our family business in 2017 when we saw the need for food at the town's new craft breweries and distillery. Since that time, we've expanded to provide delicious food with friendly service to our Estes Park guests.
Everyone has a "food story", and mine includes my Gran. She was the mother of 6 children, and wife to an Oklahoma farmer who refused to eat anything but the food she prepared. I always looked forward to her comforting, delicious way of farm-style cooking. The other side of my food story is my dad, who was in the army. When I asked him about the food, he chuckled and said that when he was stationed in Virginia, the mess halls were in competition with each other for the "best mess" award. I look forward to the challenge of having the "best mess"!
